Andrew’s performance exceeded almost every agent I have ever dealt with in NZ. In fact I first saw this property advertised a year ago by another agent who I wont name but I refuse to ever have anything to do with that agent and so did not even enquire but when I saw the listing under Andrew I immediately replied as I have previously seen properties sold by Andrew and it appeared to me he was a good operator. What differentiates Andrew from other agents is the fact he uses WhatsApp which is a huge plus for overseas based buyers like myself, he responds to messages any time and day of the week including weekends which again is rare for agents I have come across in NZ, his knowledge of the property is extensive as for this property in Parnell, it was clear from the start he has taken the time to understand the issues with the property and he did not at any point try to cover any of the issues up and was very open with everything we had to deal with and it looked like he himself had reviewed the council property file and so I sensed real trust from the very start. The lengths he went to for the vendors to get the neighbour across the line in preparing and getting the consent to cover the cross lease to a subdivided fee simple title signed was again something I have never seen from an agent even at the 11th hour when the neighbour tried to introduce a clause that would have caused the deal to fall over, Andrew somehow got it done without the 11th hour deal breaking clause. All in all, Andrew is a fast, effective and knowledgeable operator and I look forward to dealing with him again on either my next sale or purchase

Ann has been a wonderful agent! She has a friendly and positive disposition which is welcome in the sometimes tricky business of selling a home. She kept us informed of the progress each step of the way, often more than once a day. Her knowledge of the legalities involved in selling a property is very sound. Ann was able to source tradesman when extra work was needed and supervised the work maintaining a high standard. She sourced a staging professional who was excellent. Ann negotiated the exit of family members from the home prior to going on market in a tactful manner. Ann did extra open homes and made sure her information about the home was correct. She maintained a positive feeling throughout the process even when an offer fell through. She made it clear at all times that we were her clients and not the buyers. I would recomend Ann as an agent to any seller as she gives her all and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Ann.

I was extremely happy with Ann as our agent. The process of selling our house was challenging but she was with us at each step of the way. Throughout the process she provided regular updates to us on progress and what avenues to follow. At all times we felt as she was working for us and for our best interest. She really made the process as easy as she could for us. Ann also has a friendly demeanor and are easy to communicate with. I used Tanya`s services for the sale of my apartment in Auckland. Although my apartment was never going to be an easy sell Tanya was always incredibly positive and always looking to "find a way".
