An overall excellent experience
We had dealt with many agents across the Wellington region during our long search for a new home. Craig stood out among these through his professionalism and attention to detail in every aspect of the sale process. He is an excellent communicator, and we really appreciated the clarity with which he explained all the features of the property, including relevant disclosures. Craig was very helpful during the negotiation, especially in helping us communicate with the vendor about some required alterations to the property. There were many phone calls and emails and Craig aways responded very quickly. Overall, Craig made our purchase as stress free as it is possible to be in such a major life decision. That is the mark of a very good agent.

From the beginning, Craig was extemely helpful and well prepared. He was able to share property insights and discussed the marketing strategies in detail. Craig made every effort to ensure that the documentation and paperwork was accessible and easy to complete. The feedback and critique that he provided regarding some maintenance and improvements to the property and home were very much appreciated. The feedback and follow up after each open home informative and objective. As the market conditions changed throughout the campaign Craig made every effort to remain optimistic and positive regarding the final outcome which of course was a sale. Even though the property did not sell at auction, Craig was reassuring that an offer would be forthcoming. I was very pleased with the final outcome. Craig worked very hard to achieve the very best price and settlement possible. I would definitely recommend Craig to others who are looking to sell their property.

A great outsome for us in difficult circumstances
Craig was very professional throughout the process of achieving a sale of our property in difficult circumstances. Our property was unique in many ways, good and bad ranging from an awesome location but facing hurdles with deteriorating market conditions, the potential impact of global warming /seashore erosion and unique boundary issues. With the perseverance of the owner and the owners selling agent, a good outcome was finally achieved.
