Sandy is very knowledgeable in our area, we bought this property through her after watching the property market in Karaka for a while. She gets good listings, has a good feel for the area and understands the market and shares that knowledge with her clients. We didn’t want to auction our home, even though the market was going silly. Sandy accepted that’s how we felt and suggested we sell by negotiation instead, which was our preference. We gave her the listing and said whilst we were going on holiday for a week, if she had any buyers she could show the house, albeit I needed to give it a bit of a spruce up.
