I found Sandra and also her team equally friendly, very knowledgeable and have their customers interest at heart. A pleasure to deal with!
We are kiwis who live abroad and asked Sandra to sell one of our properties. Her down to earth personality and professional approach meant we decided to work with her. She guided us through step by step and kept us updated with regular communication even with timezone challenges. The plan she envisaged to market and sell the house was both cost effect and hugely impactful. We took her advice onboard and was never pressured throughout. We decided to go to auction and got well over our reserve price that we had agreed on. Without this was due to Sandra's efforts. I would highly recommend Sandra and her team if you need a great agent!

Excellent knowledge and great approach
Sandy is very knowledgeable in our area, we bought this property through her after watching the property market in Karaka for a while. She gets good listings, has a good feel for the area and understands the market and shares that knowledge with her clients. We didn’t want to auction our home, even though the market was going silly. Sandy accepted that’s how we felt and suggested we sell by negotiation instead, which was our preference. We gave her the listing and said whilst we were going on holiday for a week, if she had any buyers she could show the house, albeit I needed to give it a bit of a spruce up. Sandy called us 4 days later with an offer, which we accepted after some negotiations. We have never had such a straight forward real estate transaction and we credit Sandy and her team for making it that way. They are experienced, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend them.
