Wonder woman
Sandra was very supportive throughout the process - it was out first time bidding - that too over the phone. Everything was smooth and she also gave us lovely orchids after we moved in. It was too sweet of her. Any and all questions were answered - we had a lottt - hehehe.

We both felt Sandra was better at ensuring we paid what the vendor wanted 8 years earlier.
In hindsight, we feel disappointed with the outcome. We were desperate to sell and I think we placed our trust at a vulnerable time, when in fact we should have been far more proactive. I felt that unless a quick sale was had, interest would have been lost in marketing the property.
