Mike went away after our initial meeting and worked for a couple days on where he saw the real value on the property. Not an inflated appraisal. He listened to where I thought it was in the market and then went about the marketing budget apon the figure we agreed for advertising. He worked well with me around my current situation and doing open homes. He Comunicated on a weekly basis with clear feedback and hopeful purchases.
