Ben was very positive in seeking potential buyers, and arranging auction. Unfortunately no serious offer, so just the costs to vendor. Ben suggested we reduce our selling price, and we agreed. Very fortunately a potential purchaser visited our apartment and made quick decision to make an off. We are disappointed that Ben did not discuss with us whether we should try to negotiate with purchaser for some improvement in the offer. We showed our in-experience. WHY did start of message disappear?

Sahil recently sold my two properties. No matter what came up, Sahil dealt with all of the issues calmly and confidently.
