Joe and Hannah offered us great advice, without needing to resort to high pressure sales tactics. Our house was not a slam-dunk to market and took some reasonable level of marketing strategy to create the envirnoment that it sold successfully at auction. Especially at a time when the market is so flat and many auctions are currently passed in. We sold substantially more than an unrealistically low CV and for more than our reserve, which was at our upper expectations. The final sale price matched the initial appraisal, very closely.
