Joe and Hannah did a great job selling our home
Joe and Hannah offered us great advice, without needing to resort to high pressure sales tactics. Our house was not a slam-dunk to market and took some reasonable level of marketing strategy to create the envirnoment that it sold successfully at auction. Especially at a time when the market is so flat and many auctions are currently passed in. We sold substantially more than an unrealistically low CV and for more than our reserve, which was at our upper expectations. The final sale price matched the initial appraisal, very closely. Great, to work with and highly recommend.

Someone you can trust to go the extra mile to sell your property
Our first impression of Sam was enthusiastic, driven, focused and determined to succeed in getting the best for his clients. In a very challenging downward market he was always looking for ways to promote our property in new and exciting ways, keep it visible in the market while continually communicating his ideas and feedback on how to do that. An absolutely Worthwhile Experience
We asked Sam to sell our house in the interest rates increase period when not many houses were selling He was very approachable and easy to get to know He made sure he visited us personally and kept us informed at all times He made sure we had regular updates He gave us realistic market expectations that we should expect But he went over and above those many things to get offers from buyers And he sold our house within weeks after others could not!! He goes way above your realistic expectations and gets deals done Thanks Sam!!!
