11 year's promise

I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Team Smart, Charlie and Elaine for the wonderful work they did in helping me sell my property.There is a special story behind this sale.I first tried to sell this property in 2015. At that time, their team organised open home a few times, and there was a lot of interest. However, as the auction approached, I changed my mind and decided not to sell because I realised that I reluctanted to sell the house. But what touched me most was that they never gave up and continued to work hard, follow up with buyers, explore every opportunity and remain professional and positive throughout the process.Eventually, the property was sold for a price above its government valuation (CV). In the current market, I know this result did not come easily. It was achieved through professionalism, experience, persistence and genuine care for the client.For me, this was never simply a property transaction. It was about trust — a trust that began eleven years ago and was strengthened again through this experience.I am very grateful that I chose them again, and even more grateful that they proved once again that my trust was well placed.
