We listed our ownership flat in Parklands with Hannah and Murray in October 2024. Hannah's suggestions as to method of sale and her rationale for this was different to other real estate agents- but worked far better than the other suggestions. Their suggestions as to how we staged the home was spot on, as were their indications as to price expectation. I researched carefully, a number of Real Estate Companies and Agents. Before settling with Ray White and Holly, I spoke with 4 other Agents from different Companies. Holly stood out.
