We listed our ownership flat in Parklands with Hannah and Murray in October 2024. Hannah's suggestions as to method of sale and her rationale for this was different to other real estate agents- but worked far better than the other suggestions. Their suggestions as to how we staged the home was spot on, as were their indications as to price expectation. Hannah and Murray kept us fully informed throughout the process, gave good analytical feedback post open homes and followed up every potential buyer quickly. We ended up with three competing buyers and achieved a very good sales price. I would not hesitate to use Hannah and Murray again, in fact this is the third time we have used them. We have been involved in property investment for over 30 years now and I would not hesitate to say Hannah and Murray are definitely in the top echelon of agents we have dealt with both here in NZ and overseas.
