For a first time seller, I didn't know what to expect, as I was selling my Nana's house on her behalf. Not only was Hannah fantastic and took her time explaining everything and always free to answer any questions I may have had, she went the extra mile with conducting multiple open homes and keeping me up to date of all the interested parties and offers when it came time to it. Everything was very straight-forward and when our first offer didn't get past the first stages, she was quick to already have a plan b and had a new offer for me two days later to accept.
