Six out of five stars!!

We are so happy we engaged Shaun Vaughan and Sarah Robson to sell our house. We chose them because we were impressed by their enthusiasm for the house and the value it represents and because we liked them. We couldn’t have made a better choice – they made a point of researching and really engaging with the eco features of our house; they were flexible on the marketing options and their vendor survey for buyers was a simple but effective point of difference. They kept us well informed about the outcome of open homes and were always responsive and patient with questions. They never pressured us to make decisions, even when those decisions (like a pre-auction offer) were in their best interests. All in all, we felt totally supported and as if we were their priority. Their appraisal was generous, and we kept our expectations tempered, but it’s testament to their hard work, professionalism, and commitment that the house not only sold in a little over two weeks but got near the top end of their appraisal. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
