We both bought our house through Vanessa and subsequently many years later sold it through Vanessa too. Vanessa was very easy to work with on both occasions. She is very knowledgeable and has a great deal of experience within the Bays area. We were very happy with the price achieved on our sale and would not hesitate to use Vanessa again.

Vanessa was an absolute super agent, she worked very very hard to get our sale. She was in a tough situation and did everything she could to get our sale. She was working for us not the purchaser, she was very honest and she got the result. I would highly recommend Vanessa she was amazing

From go to woah, Vanessa was amazing. Her professionalism, market knowledge and guidance made for the most stress free property sale we have ever undertaken. Vanessa did a great job of marketing our house with marketing material that was significantly more impressive than other agents I've seen when trying to buy. She kept us informed constantly during the process and took any suggestions or ideas on-board - we felt that we were totally listened to. I'd not hesitate to use Vanessa if selling again.

Vanessa sold our Kohimarama House earlier last year. Her attention to detail and tireless work in order to secure a sale for us was beyond reproach. We had a very limited time frame in which to make the sale as we had bought an apartment; Vanessa efforts made the whole experience feel that we had a true professional working with and for us. I have no problem in recommending Venessa to you if you are buying or selling a property.

We recently bought and sold with Vanessa. The sale and purchase were complex with a number of moving parts. Vanessa knows the market well and is very experienced in managing the expectations of all parties. Vanessa and her team managed the process incredibly well, professional, timely and with a great end result for all. I would recommend Vanessa and her team to anyone thinking of selling their house and will definitely use her again in the future.
