Daemon contacted me 4 years ago regarding our rental property to see if we were interested in selling. I told him we weren't at that stage but I would contact him when the time came around. He continually contacted me every year just to see where we were at. This year was the year 2025 and he got the job done for us. Uros Bojovic was the result of a random google search for a real estate agent to sell my house, and what an amazing discovery he was! From our first meeting to the hammer going down at the auction - Tom was amazing. He truely went the extra mile - even trimming hedges and mowing lawns himself. The property had some challenges and Tom expertly navigated them, ultimately getting a number of parties bidding at the auction and getting it sold under the hammer for a price that I was extremely happy with. 5 Stars - highly recommend.

We had never sold any property and had lived in the house to be sold for 40 years. The whole process seemed very daunting and Tom provided guidance and encouragement throughout the 18 month journey Including the preparation for sale , legal and territorial authority requirements and the sale /auction process. He was an excellent communicator and consistently followed up. He provided almost daily feedback once the property was listed and outlined scenarios in terms of the auction. I have a great deal of respect for Tom and can not recommend him highly enough. He has a great back up team behind him to support the sale process The sale outcome was better than we could have hoped for.
