Steven demonstrated good market knowledge and gave practical advice on pricing and presenting the property. What stood out to me was his calm and professional approach. There was no pressure and no rushing. Whenever I had a concern, he addressed it calmly and clearly, and it usually turned out not to be an issue. Steven was very responsive and kept me well informed.
