Eddie acted as our buyer's agent. I was thankful that he was as I was not good at negotiating with real estate agents. He was timely and professional in his communications even when he was really busy. He would always let us know when he would look at our properties that we selected. And he always provided us with enough information to make informed decisions. For properties that we really liked he made sure that we put in our offer and have it accepted in a very short period to avoid multi offer situations. We are very grateful that he did the negotiations on our behalf and making sure that we did get the value for our money with our property.
