Eddie and George were such a amazing team! We were after a quick sale and they went above and beyond to get or place on the market in no time. They were super knowledgeable and experienced with our area (Favona) and they really showed us they are excellent agents when our house sold at auction within a matter of 3 weeks! Eddie and George were very easy to deal with, super reliable and their communication was excellent always keeping us in the loop. Being first home buyers was a scary encounter for us both. Eddie acted as our buyer's agent. I was thankful that he was as I was not good at negotiating with real estate agents. He was timely and professional in his communications even when he was really busy. He would always let us know when he would look at our properties that we selected. And he always provided us with enough information to make informed decisions. For properties that we really liked he made sure that we put in our offer and have it accepted in a very short period to avoid multi offer situations. We are very grateful that he did the negotiations on our behalf and making sure that we did get the value for our money with our property. He is very hard working and always working around the clock to seal a deal. He is very easy going and has a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend him if you need an agent to help you purchase or sell your property. Also note that he speaks fluent English and Tongan. Keep delivering that five star service Eddie.
