There was no lack of energy, determination or good vibes with Drew on the job. His dedication to keeping us well informed was very comforting, from his well detailed weekly reports to his update calls on all the people he was or had to chase up. Drew managed to get us top dollar on the day and we are very thankful that we chose him as our agent.

Lucky for us Shane definitely knows his stuff when it comes to the ever changing market, we felt really confident in his advice on what avenue to take for the best result. He also gave us many tips on last minute renovations that made a big difference on the end result (which was fantastic).

Paul Foster has became a friend as well as our agent which helped immensely considering we had some awkward sensitive personal matters to deal with.

We have dealt with Michelle on several occasions, and she is great to work with. She kept us up to date with progress on a regular basis, and we sold our property with a great result. Awesome team. Highly Recommend Michelle.

I had a great experience selling my house with Shane. To start with, the house sold before going on the market and for more than we thought! On top of that, throughout the process Shane communicated extremely well, which we appreciated a lot. He was able to keep the process moving and has a really good manner with people which enables him to get people on-side, all of which produces a great outcome!

It didn't quite work out how we wanted in a very tough market but not for lack of effort or skill on Shane's part. I would high recommend him and his offsider at the time Ella.

Kris and Cindy were really great to deal with and made my job as a vendor stress free. With their professional, calm & realistic approach I was at ease with the whole process and felt very confident they would obtain the best price for me, which they did, in a tough market to sell. Once under contract, they still worked hard to obtain a second contract to solidify the sale. Kris and Cindy were open, honest and gave me real information to make the right decisions. I highly recommend Kris and Cindy.

Unfortunately we didn't sell at the best time which impact our ability to get the price that we wanted but Ella worked very hard and showed a good understanding of the market conditions.

Shane has now sold three of our houses. We keep going back to him because of his attention to detail, market expertise and absolutely diligent attitude. Our latest sale and subsequent purchase required every ounce of Shane’s amazing skills and as usual, delivered for us! We are forever grateful for you care and attention.
