Shane's knowledge, enthusiasm, encouragement and cheerful positive approach enabled trust to be built very quickly. He always responded to my 'remotest' question quickly and shared tips and wisdom readily from setting targets, to preparation for the photo shoot and open homes, through to coping with the auction. We always felt reassured after speaking to him. His approach to 'team work' with his agents and us was outstanding. Throughout the whole process we felt valued and heard. His communication was excellent; we were always kept fully informed of progress and in this tough market we felt he worked above and beyond to get the outcome we needed. Shane is an outstanding leader and I highly recommend him.

We knew that selling our high-end property would take the right approach and the right team - and Shane and his team at Ray White Mairangi Bay certainly delivered this for us. We felt in control, and had constant communication throughout the whole process. Shane's local market knowledge, and guidance around how to affectively market our property gave us confidence, and ultimately saw us achieve an outstanding outcome in a challenging market. I'd highly recommend Shane and his team at Ray White Mairangi Bay to anyone looking to sell in the area.

We approached Ray White Mairangi Bay as they had just successfully sold a property near us in the same Resort complex in Albany Heights. It has been a genuine pleasure dealing with them from day one. Robbie is very genuine in his approach, and gave us confidence we had chosen the best business and sales agent to represent us and sell our home. From initial appraisal to final sales tidy up, Robbie has been honest, well informed, and truly dedicated to doing all he could to communicate the realities of a rapidly changing and challenging market. We believe his honesty and integrity gave us the confidence to work with him and make the right pricing decisions that led to our sale. I would recommend Robbie to anyone looking for an agent who can make the difference through what can be a very stressful time. He genuinely cares and gives it his all. Would certainly contact him again if the need arises.

I dealt with Drew to purchase my property in Birkdale. From the off, Drew was truthful and realistic about the expectations of the property and the buying situation and spent time in explaining this to me and other buyers. As we moved through the sale, I found Drew to be very responsive where there were questions and always picked up the phone. He seems to have a genuine passion for what he does and very down to earth - it was great dealing with him.

Shane and Michelle, they are excellent agent to help us sell the property in such a tough market environment, they never give up to chasing the proper buyer for us and I think they can consider and balance the profit for both the vendor and buyer. They are definitely deserved to be trusted and we highly recommend them to anyone who want to sell or buy the property.

Really impressed with Drey and Tracy. Good suggestions for cleaners and staging (as well as helping organise them at short notice). They gave an accurate estimate of where the property price would likely be as well as feedback after each open home. Nice to get a good price in these otherwise trying times, which I believe happened primarily due to their efforts.
