The likely purchaser was identified and how the house was to be presented and marketed was clearly stated from the beginning and although there was a major problem discovered at the property inspection stage it was dealt with and a new plan put in place. This change resulted in a different marketing process which achieved a shorter timeframe before we received several offers. It achieved a great result and the settlement date was significantly shorter than experienced in the past. I found Fiona extremely easy to deal with, any issues were discussed and resolved quickly, and the entire sales process was less stressful then previously experienced.

Wow!!! What a great experience we have had with harwinder gill, he is a great person and great agent. My experience with Harwinder was fantastic! Having specific requirements to suit my needs as well as my dog, and having searched many properties through many agents, Harwinder always maintained contact with me whenever she found something that she thought I could be interested in. I even leaned on her expertise to give me some insights/recommendations on some of the places I was unsure about, which I found very helpful (since I wasn't from CHC so not too familiar with areas/suburbs etc). I really appreciated the fact that she was open and honest in her thoughts whilst maintaining her professionalism throughout. Thank you Harwinder! You're a true gem!
