I have worked with Roz on two occasions. Firstly, as a buyer and secondly as a seller. As a first time buyer with little experience, Roz guided me through the process thus relieving me of the stress and anxiety I was experiencing at the time. It was her wonderful treatment of me as a buyer that promoted me to return to Roz when I was selling. During the selling process, Roz was exceptional. Firstly, telling me what I needed to do prior to placing residence on the market, taking me through realistic pricing options and assisting me to make important decisions. Once the place was in the market, Roz continued to keep me informed, practically on a daily basis as required. When offers were made, once again it was Roz who guided me through the process. I realise that Roz has sold many properties, dealing with many buyers and sellers. Nevertheless, she treated me as if I was the only person that mattered. So thank you, Roz.
