During the sales process involving multiple people, as the house was in a trust, Thomas kept everyone informed and actioned all aspects of the sale when needed. Because we lived in Wellington, Thomas also helped with tasks in Levin, saving us travel time between locations. This was extremely helpful given the circumstances we found ourselves in. Thomas was also a great emotional support, checking in as a friend to help where possible. I have enjoyed working with Thomas and highly recommend his services going forward. Look forward to continuing our friendship well beyond the sale of Churchill Street.
