Brilliant setup and a great result on a tough sale

Rupert and India sold our Stokes Valley home and had it presented at its best from the start. As we had to juggle preparing to pack up and move, time was not on our side, so Rupert recommended Scott from Prepped to Sell to handle the outside renovations and pre-sale work. That made a real difference, and the team organised the cleaning, staging and photography. The staging was perfect and the photos and marketing came back beyond what we'd hoped for. It was during the conditional period that things got complicated. A historic building consent issue surfaced that wasn't even on our old LIM, and it took real persistence to work through.
