We worked with Rupert to both buy and sell - this was a very good decision in the end, as there was some “healthy” negotiation required to get both properties sold and settled. We found the team very responsive to any questions, and well planned when it came to open homes, marketing and other related areas. Being local and well connected Rupert had a strong database of buyers, and a strong knowledge of the market and comparable sales in the region.

We were so grateful to have Hamish Drumm looking after the sale of Mum’s house, especially as we were living in another country throughout the process. He was incredibly reliable and took care of so many things on our behalf, which gave us great peace of mind when we were unable to be there ourselves. He kept us informed every step of the way, was always easy to communicate with, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel much more manageable. He also successfully sold Mum’s house during a particularly depressed market, and we really appreciated his knowledge, professionalism and persistence throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, they have been absolutely awesome to deal with — professional, accommodating and genuinely committed to making the whole process as easy as possible. A special mention to Theo, who has gone above and beyond to work around my crazy work hours, even taking time out of his afternoons and late nights to meet with me. I honestly can’t thank him enough. While meeting a guy late at night isn’t exactly my idea of a typical appointment , the experience has been nothing but positive! What could have been a stressful and complicated process has instead been straightforward, efficient and actually enjoyable. Having a team behind me who genuinely care, take no shortcuts and get things done properly has made such a difference. They’ve made the process faster and easier than I could have ever expected. Ben was the agent for the house we were buying. He was really good at communicating what was going on, checking in with us, being responsive, and really friendly through the process. We really liked the house, and he was responsive through the process. This allowed us to feel confident in everything going on. Settlement day was a bit messy, but Ben was working hard to find out where things were at. He even helped unload the truck before the rain came in! Legend.
