We used Rachel to sell 6 new builds at or above our asking price. As a builder we haven't previously used agents but in a tough market Rachel was above to connect us with qualified buyers and did an excellent job of promoting our homes and getting results. All our purchasers are also delighted with their new homes which also reflects well on their experience with Rachel

Fiona Senton, oh where do i begin!!
Fiona Senton, oh where do i begin!! First time talking with Fiona and spot on i knew she was the right person for the job. She was an easy going, friendly and HONEST person. She explained me the process well and it was so easy to understand and her ideas and options were so easy to understand and it made my decision in selling my home on auction very easy. I gave her all my trust and believe it or not she DID IT!!! She sold my house so fast and her communication was awesome from start to finish. She was always updating me from start to finish and always try and make time to come see me. When she took photos of my home OH MY GOODNESS I just couldn't believe that it was my home :) She dressed it so beautifully and it made it even more easier and attractive to viewers. FIONA you were so AWESOME ALL THE WAY!!! My husband and I are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend her. Ray White is so lucky to have you and keep that smile on.

Fiona not only sold my home, she found me a new one as well! She went above and beyond and never gave up working to get me sold, even when there were challenges. Fiona is a down to earth honest real estate agent
Fiona is a down to earth honest real estate agent. I know when I am using her she is trying to do the best for both parties. She is approachable and friendly. I would recommend her to others without hesitation.
