As would be buyers, we were impressed with Jit and Jiggy. They were one of the very few agents that always followed up after we viewed one of their open homes. During one of those follow ups, they took the time to enquire as to what exactly we were after - details they remembered when we cross paths months later. While we never actually bought through them, we knew we wanted Jit and Jiggy to sell our house based on our experiences described above and great sales results they had achieved for numerous friends of ours, also in Petone. As a team, they quickly gained our trust early on in the sale process. Jit and Jiggy were both wonderful to work with. Their communication was excellent and they offered solutions to all questions and problems to make the whole sale process smooth and stress free. They are both extremely hard working and professional but are approachable and friendly and made us feel so comfortable and supported, they really went the extra mile to make us feel like nothing was too much!
