Second time around great experience form Chris and Shane.
Both Chris and Shane were excellent in their communication and updates. With a deep market knowledge and years of experience they enabled us to reach the desired goal by working in the approach and strategy with how to sell our property. This is our 2nd time dealing with Chris and we will continue to use him as our sales agent based on the experience to date.

Anna was by far the nicest and professional agent we have met, not only did she not treat this like a sales transaction but she treated it like what it was for us buying a place to call home, she was so incredibly friendly and receptive to chats, when asked questions gave great advice and suggestions and allowed us to make a more informed decision come putting in an offer and settlement dates which secured the property for us! Experienced, determined and a keen negotiator
Professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Shane worked hard to obtain a sale on our Kelson home in a tight market. We were under pressure as we had a conditional offer on a house in Carterton. Shane's excellent negotiation skills got us over the line and we are now living in Carterton! We highly recommend Team Chris and Shane.

Kind and empathetic agents
I was very grateful to have Chris and Shane selling my property. When Chris first came around, he could see that I was overwhelmed and he showed me a lot of kindness, which gave me trust in him. He explained the process clearly in a way that was easy to understand. Communication with Chris and Shane was always clear, and they were always there to answer any questions. When it came to open homes, I wasn't always able to take my 18 or old blind cat with me, but I didn't need to worry, as Chris always looked out for her. I can't thank Chris and Shane enough, for all they did for me. Selling is house can be stressful, but not when you have Team Chris and Shane by your side.
