Clare was very professional the way she took on the task of getting a sale for my home. Getting pictures inside every room and the garden front and back. Having open homes and following up those who came see my home then discussing it with us. We highly recommend Clare to any one wanting a real estate agent.

We had the most amazing experience with Clare from our first meeting at open homes right through to the purchase of our first home. She was readily available for any questions we had and answered promptly, she listened to our needs and wants, and was upfront and honest about everything. I would highly recommend Claire for the sale or purchase of any home as she goes above and beyond, it's like having your best friend by your side.

"Clare is very professional and very personable. She is interested and goes above and beyond duty to keep us informed and advised, as well as potential buyers. She is absolutely on the vendor's side and we have never felt pressured to do things we didn't want to, but have been persuaded by good advice. This is the second house she has sold for us. She is a cut above so many real estate Salespersons, and I have met many over the years, Once you find the right person, you hang onto her!"

Clare is great to deal with. I have bought through her, and sold through her. I know she works hard with both the buyer and seller because I've seen it. She makes it happen. Shes also sold houses for my friends and made that happen too. Clare is highly recommended by me.

We have engaged Clare's services to sell property three times over the last 8 years and have always found her to be very attentive, caring and highly professional. She has a achieved the best possible result for us, exceeding our expectations on each occasion. Her after-sales service and follow-up is top notch. Clare always stays in touch and treats you like you are her only client. She has also worked on our behalf to find a suitable property to call home. We wouldn't hesitate using Clare in the future as well as recommending her to family, friends and colleagues. A huge thanks to Clare, Ben East and the rest of the Ray White Howick team for our latest result.

From the moment we made contact Marie was 100% on the ball. Explaining everything succinctly from the process of marketing to the fees involved in the whole auction procedure. Marie’s market knowledge is the result of years of experience her gut instinct proof from her results. Communication skills exemplary; the bonus though, a warm and understanding person an absolute delight to work with her and her team. Highly recommend.

We used Clare's real estate services to sell our property. She was a very approachable agent and nothing was to much trouble for her. The property was sold over a lock down period but still we got good results.
