In this case, I needed this house to sell so I could purchase another. Vish made it happen however I didn't listen to him and the house wasn't staged. He told me too but I was afraid I couldn't afford it. In the end, I listened and the house sold within 24 hours, and a backup offer as well. Thanks, Vish

Many times during the selling of 2 houses and purchasing another at a much higher price seemed like it wouldn't happen during a difficult housing period. Vish negotiated the situation and made it happen. I am now living in a beautiful home.

Michelle helped us at a time when we were relocating from Auckland to Southland and the property market was in decline. Even when we were considering our options Michelle was always on our side. A lot of time and effort on her part helped us to get the result we desired. She gave great service beyond what was required.

I first met Clare at her previous company, when asking for a valuation on one of my rental properties. After that first initial meeting, Clare sent me newsletters every month on the state of the market in the area of my properties. So some two years later I decided to sell one of them, Clare was my first call. It was a time with a lull in the market, but Clare took it on, even though we where not getting a lot of traffic through, Clare diligently had open homes 3 times a week without a break until she sold the property. For that I commend her for her commitment to get the job done, which she did in spades. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clare, to any seller/purchaser, and I will certainly use her again, which ever company she is with.

We had the most amazing experience with Clare from our first meeting at open homes right through to the purchase of our first home. She was readily available for any questions we had and answered promptly, she listened to our needs and wants, and was upfront and honest about everything. I would highly recommend Claire for the sale or purchase of any home as she goes above and beyond, it's like having your best friend by your side.
