My wife and I have had the privilege of working with Gina as our exclusive housing agent to help market our house. She possesses an impressive combination of qualities that truly set a very high standard in the world of real estate. From her intelligence and trustworthiness to her calm demeanor and hardworking ethic, she demonstrated excellence in every aspect of our home selling process. When it comes to designing our house's brochure, her unique artistic perspective allows her to present the house at its strength, and it is nothing short of remarkable.

On my first meeting with Michelle I was quickly put at ease by her warmth and professionalism throughout the campaign. Michelle explained step by step each procedure and she was only a call away if I had any queries. I would recommend Michelle to anyone considering selling the house.

Dave has extensive experience of the market but most importantly, he teally listens and takes the time to have a good conversation with you about the different options available and the sale strategy he would suggest. The results he has achieved for us have been phenomenal and he makes the process feel manageable. We would definitely recommend his services.

Gina was a perfect agent, did home viewings by appointment only, answered any questions promptly, was very professional and mum's house had a pre-auction offer after only the first weekend of viewings. Very happy with the price we obtained and would highly recommend her and Ian Taylor, her branch manager, who recommended her to us.

Sharon was thoroughly professional in all aspects of the sale of our joint home in Papatoetoe. She liaised with us daily and brought new interested parties into the home. We were thrilled to have the sale go through for the price we wanted. I highly recommend Sharon, with Ray White, as an agent for the marketing of your home.

I first met Hara about four years ago, she was selling houses in Dannemora and her smile was so bright it made you feel welcome and put my mind at ease instantly. She was very caring and went out of her way to make you feel at ease as house buying or selling can be very stressful. She was always very professional, kept me up to date with the process and her excitement come Auction time was very heart warming. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone that is buying or selling as she was the very best agent I have dealt with over the years. We wish her all the very best for the future. Karen is a professional agent. Her knowledge of the industry is 100% and from the beginning she led me through the process with confidence and was able to inform me of all the details about which I was signing. She went through fully with me once a document was ready for publication or sent on to the lawyer for approval so I was aware of the implications involved. My house was respected and closed up safely after each open home and I was notified promptly after about the people who came through. Karen was up front and put a great deal of work into following up the people who had come along to view my house and I believe she was responsible for getting me the best deal in the end that the potential market could provide. To broker the deal that Karen and Rachel Johnson eventually achieved has given me satisfaction that I now have confirmation that there’s an unconditional sale, which has been no mean feat in the circumstances. Thankyou to the 2 ladies for taking me on this journey so successfully.

I've recently had the pleasure of working with Tony selling our property. I met Tony while he and his colleague were around the neighborhood, and I was already impressed with the proactiveness Tony has shown in organizing our first meeting, where we get to know Tony a bit better. It didn't take long for us to come to the decision to sign up with him. And we know we have trusted the right person. A few days later after our property got launched onto the market, Tony already brought us a decent pre-auction offer, which is just INCREDIBLE! And our property ended up selling at a way better price than we expected. Tony is the type of agent who is objective, and talks with facts and numbers, and gave you confidence and support throughout, and he has made our selling process such a breeze. Thank you Tony!! We'll definitely go back to you in the future!
