His marketing goes above and beyond most agents and it is effective too- which was evident by our house selling so quickly in the current market. He and April had a lot of people through our house before it was even on the market, and then once on the market, they continued to go over and above. Multiple viewings a day, always willing to take people through. A week on the market and we had a multi offer on the table. We couldn't have asked for better. The marketing campaign really gave the house the best opportunity to sell and was worth every dollar.
