Feedback on sale of property
I loved working with Silvan, mainly he was the day to day point of contact. I didn’t enjoy being put under pressure even after contract was signed to by pass process via lawyer and lower my price. I gave away $25k under pretense of buyer doesn’t have money, then the buyer installs new fence after I leave….it was continuous pressure that was unnecessary and detail between Dave and Silvan was different

What a journey!
I chose Anna because of her work ethics and the ability to listen to our needs and request. Anna worked hard to obtain the best possible price due to the market falling and provide us some confidence in her negotiating skills. While we didn't sell at Auction, a week later we had a few multiple offers and the results then speak for themselves and soon a SOLD sticker was applied to the sign, I highly recommend Anna to anyone Buying or Selling as Anna is very customer focused and just wants to achieve the BEST outcome.

Michelle was SO welcoming and knowledgeable when we viewed the property 3 times. Any communication was answered promptly or if not immediately, we were kept up-to-date with the proceedings. We were fortunate to eventually buy the property.

The best agent
Clare has been amazing throughout the journey of selling our home. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and is only too happy to share. We felt respected and safe throughout. We couldn’t recommend Clare enough ! We honestly believe Clare deserves a pay rise and a PA. She would also benefit from an all expenses paid trip (cocktails included).
