We meet Hara a year ago as our agent, she kept in regular contact with us as at that point we weren't quite ready to go on the market. Once we had found a our dream home to buy she was all action stations. We had a really great exposure to the market which reflected in the home home number and the data report she provided weekly. Gina had a great marketing strategy that worked well for our property. She worked so hard to sell our house utilising different types of social media platforms to ensure our property advertisement reached lots of potential buyers. She was very efficient with following up with buyers and pragmatic with her feedback to us. We had a limited time to sell our house and a minimum price we could accept for it. Gina got our house sold with the time we needed it sold and above our minimum price. Totally happy with Gina’s work and would definitely recommend her to anyone that may have a property to sell.

In fact, the period was so short is also a proof of her excellent work. * Gina is approachable and quick in response - she answer phones and messages almost immediately at any given time. * Gina acted before us when it comes to the house preparation. It feels like she takes vendor's home as her own. We barely did anything during the selling process. In the end we don't even bother going to the auctions as we trust her would do her best on behalf. * Gina planned the maintenance work before the house went on market.
