Before appointing Mark to arrange sale of our property at 124 Pah Road Cockle Bay I met with many Real Estate Agents from several different companies, including several from Ray White. Most agents could only see a potential " house " sale, where as I wanted to concentrate on the real benefits of a huge view, all day sunshine, no wind, large section etc. Most agents sent me packages of information taken from Trade me etc, Most explained how the market had dropped and property was selling g well below CV.
