If you are looking to sell your property don’t waste time checking out other agents, go STRAIGHT to Dave & his team. From our first meeting they set out a strategy which they followed and delivered on to the finest detail. The promotion and communication was outstanding. Within 10 mins of every open home we were informed of progress via txt updates and phone calls. The team responded immediately to every single question we had no matter what time of the day we contacted them. I cannot stress enough how impressed we were with Dave and Silvan’s professionalism, experience, strategy and knowledge of the business. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else after using Dave and his team.

Mark has sold two houses for me The sales been quite a few years apart but the sales of both houses were great getting people to auctions is difficult enough but with half a dozen open homes and a handful of people to come to the auction and bid looks quite easy for both seller and purchaser but without the hard ground work that mark put in no Sales would be possible. he followed up on all people that entered the open day and spoke to me about everyone that came.
