Jane was amazing my first words to her were ‘I’m not going to be easy’ but she took that with almost a squeal of joy and said let’s do it. She met every need with respect and not once made me feel like I was a pain in the butt. Her weekly reports were professional and spot on always keeping me up to date. She worked hard and communication was great. I’m not always easy to get hold of so if a phone call wasn’t picked up she always left a message and a txt. Jane has a lovely personality she’s not only professional but she’s a people person always sporting a smile and a giggle which is much needed when you’re needing to trust your agent. If you’re lucky she will give you a little cheeky banter which makes a sometimes difficult time nice and light. She always made me feel great it was almost like I had gained a friend. She will surely be missed.
