Very kind, understanding agent. Professional in all aspects. When I signed up with Ray White it could not have been easier. Spot on and one the ball
Jane Worked so hard to keep us informed of all we needed to know about making our purchase, as well as coping with all new regulations since we last had any real estate dealings. Not an easy job with two elderly people. She was always at the end of the phone any time of day to help solve our multiple worries and queries. Jane always so bright and pleasant and reassuring. A great help to us and nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much,Jane. It is great to be in our new home, hopefully for the rest of our lives!

Exceeded all expectations
Cat provided a comprehensive service for the sale of my property. Her attention to detail on the contract was thorough. Her consistent drive through out the process was incredible. I was impressed most by her overall consideration of all the extra factors contributing towards the end result and her help to get all of those over the line. I have bought and sold properties in several countries and have never enjoyed such a comprehensive service before. For transparency purposes, I am related to Cat however as evidence of my high satisfaction with completion of this sale, I am seeking her services to take on the sale of my next property this month. The purchasers of my property told me that they had never had such a good agent previously, either. If you’re seeking a people-person, with high drive to get a great result, backed with a comprehensive knowledge of the process, then Cat is your person.

Jane was great from start to finish. She kept us informed at all stages, she always responded to any query very quickly, and she had loads of great advice, suggestions and encouragement which got us through the house selling process without any trauma! Best real estate agent I’ve ever worked with.
Cat Morgan has to be the most professional, hard working and approachable real estate agent I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. From our first meeting I felt at ease as she went through the whole selling process plus the necessary paperwork etc in meticulous detail and was very easy to talk to plus helpful in giving advice regarding the decisions we needed to make. Living so far away from our house in Havelock North, she kindly helped to get it ready for sale, using her flair for showing the house off to its maximum potential inside and out. She added important touches to make it homely as well as highlighting its best features. When it did go on the market she kept us up to date on every open house and the potential purchasers. When the deadline date passed she was advising us on the next best step forward when we did receive an offer. Even during negotiations she gave excellent advice regarding counter offers, and I believe was responsible for securing a satisfactory and successful outcome for everyone concerned. She always went the extra mile to help in so many ways. Couldn’t believe it when my son and I arrived at 5.30pm from Lower Hutt one evening to find the house lit up, curtains drawn, beds made up and food and drink left in kitchen for tea and breakfast next morning. We were gobsmacked and just so appreciative and grateful for all that she had done for us. Unbelievable! She also eased our minds when a weather bomb hit Hawke’s Bay a few days before settlement date and she went and checked the property at night to make sure it was alright. I can highly recommend Cat Morgan as a No.1 real estate agent who impressed us with her professionalism, attention to detail, excellent help and advice as well as being a very caring and thoughtful person who certainly went the extra mile for us in not the easiest of circumstances. Cat is awesome
I was transferred to Cat when the agents i was using went overseas on holiday. Cat was very friendly. Any questions I had were answered promptly. Has great communication & knows what she’s doing. Would highly recommend Cat & won’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
