Jaco was the sales person of a house we wanted to buy. He is easy to deal with and gives you the feeling you're his only client when we know that we aren't. We loved his interest in what we were wanting in a house, so much so, that we asked him to sell our house. He did this, informing us of the whole process in a very pleasant way. That sale went through super quickly. We were happy to take his advice and when the price negotiations started, he did so professionally, without fuss and we and the buyer were able to quickly come to an agreement. Jaco is always pleasant with apparently no stress. In the future we are happy to use him and to also recommend him to our friends.

Roslyn usually let us know how the Open Homes went on a Tuesday. Monday or even Sunday afternoon would have been preferred because obviously we were anxious for updates. The reports were very detailed and contained relevant feedback from buyers. She gave up-to-date market analysis which assisted in our decision to lower the price on several occasions and finally get it sold after 80+ days on the market. Roslyn always replied to email queries promptly and phoned us with any urgent queries. She was pleasant and professional in all her interactions with us. We believe she did her best to sell our house in spite of the misleading information at the start regarding what the house was worth which secured us as vendors but wasted a lot of everyone's time. Perhaps we would have taken an earlier offer of $760k instead of settling for a later bid of $755k if we had received a truthful appraisal of what the house was worth at the start.
