I really appreciated the enthusiasm and expertise Jaco provided when selling our property. From the first meeting it was clear he would help us get the best price and he did. Excellent
I had to move to Australia and selling my house was a very stressful thought. Jaco went above and beyond to help me understand what was happening everyday step of the way. He provided me with valuable insights and advice to make informed decisions. He kept me informed about open homes and viewings. Even the time difference did not stop him to keep me updated and answer my questions. During the time that an offer was made,there were quite a bit of back and forth about various things. I always felt confident about his honesty and integrity to do the right thing.

We had been looking for some time throughout the Waikato to find the retirement home of our dreams and when we saw the Stonebridge property it ticked all our boxes and more! From the moment we stepped in the door Robbie was there with a warm welcome and a pleasing manner, not pushy but friendly, which encouraged us to feel happy to look through the home at our own leisure. We left to view another property but cut that visit short to get straight back to Stonebridge to make our offer. Robbie's knowledge of the property and area helped confirm that our move from Auckland to the Waikato was a good one as he answered all our many queries. Robbie, and later his friendly team, helped us meet with the vendors after our offer was accepted and he always made himself available to arrange further communications between them and us as was needed. After we moved in Robbie came by to see that we were settling in and happy with our purchase. His very thoughtful and unexpected gift was much appreciated and considerate. We feel that his very personal approach was always genuine and considerate of both vendor and purchaser and so hold him in high esteem as both a person and real estate agent. We would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to others looking for a quality property.
