This is the second house we have sold with Simon. We dealt with him very earlier in his Real Estate career. Michael was an excellent real estate agent for my father’s rental property, which recently sold at auction. We really appreciated how smoothly the process ran and the fact that the property sold under the hammer without any prolonged negotiations. We achieved a fair result, with the property selling above reserve, which we were pleased with. While the current market doesn’t quite align with the CV, we’re still very happy with the overall outcome. The staging was immaculate, the auction process was clear and well-managed, and the auctioneer was fantastic to deal with. Victoria was also great throughout, making the entire experience seamless. Overall, we truly appreciated Michael’s professionalism and the way he handled the sale from start to finish. We’re confident he’ll continue to deliver excellent service.
