As the market was greatly effected by the NZ recession it required a sales person of Carols expertise to work the Sales throughout complete process. She communicated very frequently and kept us well informed with both good and bad news,but always said she would sell the property, and she did.She has a very pleasant manner and both Beryl and I were very happy with the outcome and enjoyed being part of the sales process with her. We have just sold my Mum's house and we have been blown away by Michael's amazing help, knowledge of other properties in the area, attention to detail, keeping me, my sister and of course our Mum in the loop. He did his best to give feedback on all the viewings, of which there were about 60 + groups through, and even had a handyman to help with a small repair job. Where to start!! We met Brandon a few years ago at an open home and we kept in touch over the years. When it was time for us to put our place on the market we knew exactly to ask to sell it on our behalf. After a few days of being on the market, we had a pre auction offer and it was sold within the week!! We couldn't have dreamed of a better outcome.
