My husband and I recently SOLD our rental property through Team Ellse. We were impressed with Michael's knowledge of the market and negotiation skills. Michael stayed in contact with us through the 3 week Auction Campaign giving us frequent updates, and although we did not have any registered bidders on the night, Michael & Victoria encouraged us to attend the Auction so we could get a good understanding of the current market. Michael worked hard to negotiate with an conditional buyer within a week of the property going up for Auction. Although the market was not where we wanted it to be, Michael was able to negotiate a very quick settlement, which was very helpful to our circumstances.
