Glenn and Lee were great to work with, always positive, professional with good advice and updates. They were there for the long haul, every weekend working open homes until the house was sold. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Glenn and Lee

Glen & Mel impressed us with their local knowledge and their honest assessment of the property. They provided names of people we knew to contact for an independent reference check. They gave clear and helpful advice throughout the process. We were very happy with the marketing and communication. We agreed that if a friend asked us to recommend an agent, we would say pick Team Tomes

Carla has been an absolute joy to work with and her knowledge of the industry is superb. Her relationship with us as clients has always been of the highest professional standard. She is very personable, extremely reliable and regularly kept us up to date with the progress of the sale, including numbers at Open Homes. We valued her advice on preparing our property for the market. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Carla Page. Her dedication to us as clients was most reassuring and gave us confidence in the process.

We had a very unique house to sell, with unique challenges and also fantastic long-term prospects for the right buyer. Glenn helped us to narrow down our marketing to the right buyer mindset, using his impressive array of tools as well as his charming, empathetic personality to achieve a result that has delighted us, and I am sure has delighted the buyer also. And all this in very tricky market conditions.

Picking an agent was harder than we thought but Jeremy made choosing him, and Linda, simple. Their market and local area knowledge, responsiveness and communication were phenomenal. Right from first contact Jeremy went above and beyond to get us the information we needed. He and Linda had the house staged, photographed, marketing complete and on the market in a tight time frame. The biggest measure is, of course, the house is sold. The tireless work the Marple's put into selling our property got us a successful sale paid off. If you are looking for a real estate agent that you want working in your best interest, that are honest, hardworking and generally great people Jeremy and Linda Marple are your people.

I have met this fabulous guy Jeremy during one of the open homes during my hunt to purchase my home. Jeremy have an excellent indepth knowledge about the real estate market, he had provided me the un biased analysis of the property and walk me through pros and cons of the property I was interested in to purchase. His responses to my queries were neutral, unbiased and based on the current situation and I have not get any impression that he was just wanting to make the deal through rather he stood with me on many occasions where I had some doubts and make certain clarifications. His communication was fabulous and he have an intention to provide the factual answers which were based on reality rather favoring any one party. He is to the point and clear in his communication through every step in my journey to get the house. He is professional and a must go to person if you want an honest, un biased and market driven analysis. I have a feeling that the properties he put in the market are really nice and above average ones which provides best value for the money. According to my experience both the parties were extremely happy through the process. If someone want to buy or sell the property, Jeremy should be on the top of the list. I wish him all the best.
