Jeremy and Linda were a good choice for us as land agents. Jeremy has lived in the area and has a good knowledge of house sales. We were supported through our sale with constant communication. After 25 years in our house they helped to relieve our stress through the sale. Linda was very lovely and caring. At all times they were both approachable. Thank you, Jeremy and Linda, we would recommend you to other vendors.

I feel Carla has a very good understanding of the market and kept me informed of what was happening nationally, in my area and with my property. In difficult times my place sold where others are languishing. The personal touches are much appreciated.

This is the second time that we have sold with Neal and it was just as fantastic as the first. He is incredibly thorough and knows the market inside out. Neal ensures you are kept informed right throughout and makes you feel in control and able to make the right decisions. He works tirelessly and got us an awesome sale in a tough market. I have recommended Neal to family and they have also had a brilliant experience. There is no one else I would want to sell a property with. I cannot recommend Neal enough. Thank you!

I cannot thank Mel and Glen enough for their dedication and support during this process. From start to finish they went above and beyond. Not only do they have a great understanding of the West Auckland area they were also upfront and honest about the current housing market. Communication was always excellent. They work hard and get great results. Nga mihi

The marketing package Carla put together for us got the best result .. based on her great market knowledge of Glen Eden and current market conditions our property had 2 offers within the 1st 2 weeks of the campaign... Carla achieved the sale for us with awesome communication and strategy. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome.

Jeremy and Linda are a professional, competent, capable and amiable team and their clear direction and guidance throughout the selling process was much appreciated. They consulted throughout the preliminary preparation phase, and their communication during the viewing period, while we were out of town, assured us we were in good hands. Linda’s eye for presentation and Jeremy’s experience in the business saw us sold in much quicker time than was anticipated might be the case. Great result; no hesitation in recommending them.

Glenn was fantastic to deal with from the adaptability of open home time, to looking after our son while we looked at the house, to being in touch every step of the way through the buying process. He knew a lot about the house and the area and was always approachable and kind. He is possibly the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Here’s to Glenn!
