From our first meeting through to sale, their communication was excellent. They took us through the whole process in an easy to understand manner. We were kept up to date regularly on open homes, marketing performance and parties interested in our property. They backed up pricing expectations with current and realistic data. I live in Australia and found Jeremy to be really diligent in the way he did everything. I was always well informed and everything Jeremy said he would do he did. They achieved a great price in a subdued market. I had real piece of mind throughout the whole process which was important as I wasn't in the country. We unfortunately had a break in before going unconditional, where all the copper pipe under the house was stolen. Jeremy went well above and beyond for us during a very stressful time, he organized the various tradespeople, Police, and he also liaised with the new owners to get an outcome that everyone was happy with. Jeremy even drove down the back and checked on the pace every time he drove past. Even after the house went unconditional Jeremy continued to help us. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Linda to anyone selling a property.

Neal and Megs communicated their knowledge of the housing market in our area of Titirangi even before we signed up with them. The months we chose to sell were perhaps not the best for vendors, but they found a buyer and we were in our new place in 3.5 months. We were unprepared for all the negotiating both before a formal offer, once the offer was made, and yet again after the building report. Since we hadn't sold a house in 25 years, it would have been helpful to have some forewarning of this, as it would have helped us pace our drop in asking price better. We were very happy with how Neal kept in touch, and appreciated the advice he gave. He faithfully showed up for open homes over the Christmas holidays (and were glad he took at least Christmas day off!) We would certainly recommend him to potential vendors.
