We love working with the Tomes' - to both purchase and sell property. When we bought out first home, The Tomes' were the selling agents for the property and made the experience extremely smooth. Now, selling the same home 7 years later - we chose to use them as our selling agent. Mel has an exceptional eye for detail and was wonderful at giving us pointers on things we could do to help prepare the property for sale and get it looking it's very best, while Glen was always a reassuring call away whenever I had questions about the sale process. I would be happy to recommend Neal Maguire. He sold our family property. From the outset he was very professional and made sure we had the best options in front of us to make decisions regarding marketing in several different spaces. We had questions regarding preparing the house for Open Homes and he emails a list of suppliers for me to check out. What can I say the man is prepared and very organised.
