Her knowledge of current market values and what was generally going on in our area help with decisions. The communication skills were exceptional and she kept us informed after every open home or any time a prospective buyer had a question or query that was relevant and not just a time waster. She was also always available or return a phone calls within 15 minutes if she was unable to answer straight away. She had a wonderful sense of humor which we tested on a daily basis.
