Richard is the perfect agent, whether you are buying or selling. He makes you comfortable, is not pushy and gets results. In fact from first meeting him at his open home, we bought, sold and moved in the space of 3 weeks and this was done in December. Richard, answered questions (of which there were plenty), he helped organise building inspections and even had Chardonnay after we had moved. Richard knows his market, he has buyers that he understands extremely well and has the ability to close the sale. The best thing you could do is call him, you'll have a new house soon or sell one quick.
