Unprofessional agent
The most unprofessional agent I saw in ray white. I am not recommending this agent to anyone's .I bought a property from this agent recently. She is supposed to be a sale agent in Epson region . She got a listing of manukau suburb. She has to travel a lot every week for this listing .Once this property is settle .She ask us to collect the keys to collect from Epson. Which piss me off. Its a agent responsibility to drop to us .Not we have to travel all the way to collector home keys. As we already extremely busy to settle our first property and settle the 2nd one and we are busy the solicitor whoe day and shifting stuff. The most unprofessional service I get from this ray white agent. Once this agent get your commission you don't even car to drop the keys .because her office in Epson. She sold this property in manukau.i am extremely sure not this agent and his manager come back to regarding this feedback. As they only damage ray white brand. I write my true opinion . Please think 10 times before you go with that agent. As this agent is not trust worthy.

Effective
Richard was very focus on getting the contract signed by both parties. Good for a buyer like me, who doesn’t want to be mucked around with vendors waiting for a while, only to withdraw or put a whole lot of unnecessary conditions on. Also good for vendors, as they get their sale. After the offer accepted, we wanted to have a couple of visits to the house, to have quotes on heat pumps done, and he was very accommodating. So he wasn’t there just for a sale, but also throughout the whole process. A bit of a nice surprise for me, as I always thought as agents were working for the vendors, they would be reluctant to do this and just focus on the next sale. Very professional and it was evident that he has loads of experience. If you want to have your offer accepted or at least have an answer quick, so you can move on, the I would recommend Richard.

He provides the total package from pre-sale suggestions, speedy tradie contacts where we lacked them, accurate estimation of value, read the market to perfection and handled the sale process professionally.
