Professional and courteous buying experience
I would like to thank Andrew Milne for his professionalism during my purchase of an investment property in Epsom. He was informative during the open home visit and answered all my queries. I couldn't attend the auction in person but as a telephone bidder Andrew guided me through the auction process. I would recommend Andrew to any prospective vendors or purchasers.

So much energy!
Linh has been great to work with, she’s innovative, professional yet easy going & although we unfortunately had a much longer campaign than either of us anticipated, she did a fab job of staying engaged, bringing energy & vigour week after week, providing regular updates & always just working so very hard. Would certainly recommend Linh to anyone; was great to know her smiling happy face was greeting potential buyers, she has a wealth of industry knowledge and a super helpful attitude. I always had confidence she was doing her absolute best for us.

Unprofessional agent
The most unprofessional agent I saw in ray white. I am not recommending this agent to anyone's .I bought a property from this agent recently. She is supposed to be a sale agent in Epson region . She got a listing of manukau suburb. She has to travel a lot every week for this listing .Once this property is settle .She ask us to collect the keys to collect from Epson. Which piss me off. Its a agent responsibility to drop to us .Not we have to travel all the way to collector home keys. As we already extremely busy to settle our first property and settle the 2nd one and we are busy the solicitor whoe day and shifting stuff. The most unprofessional service I get from this ray white agent. Once this agent get your commission you don't even car to drop the keys .because her office in Epson. She sold this property in manukau.i am extremely sure not this agent and his manager come back to regarding this feedback. As they only damage ray white brand. I write my true opinion . Please think 10 times before you go with that agent. As this agent is not trust worthy.
