Ken Choong and Cherie Barker make a great team; Very friendly, helpful and honest agents. Made the purchasing process smooth, easy and comfortable. Ken was very helpful in the negotiation process managing to find a price between seller and buyer that was agreeable for both parties. Cherie liaised between the two parties during the hand over process, providing information and completing tasks that needed fixings during and after the post-sale process. We started our journey with Richard & Andrew a year ago, but weren’t ready to sell as our build was progressing slower than expected. We agreed they would keep in touch, and Andrew phoned at agreed upon time frames to see how things were progressing. Never did we feel pestered or pressured by these calls. Finally we were ready and they listened to how we wished to proceed and gave us good advice we had an unconditional sale within the month, which is impressive in this current market. We would totally recommend this team.

Couldn’t have happened without LInh & Co’s make it happen and going extra mile attitude. • House sold in just over 6 weeks, while similar houses on the market took a lot longer to sell . • Great communication throughout the campaign, she was very diligent in following up buyers and not letting them lose interest on our property • She never tried to persuade us to lower our reserve price even in a difficult market.
