Fast professional approach
Linh and her team have been the best group of real-estate agents that I have dealt with. They are fast in responding enquiries - within a day in email with full pack of information of the property; they are diligent - still held open home even when the property already had an offer; they are friendly, patient and approachable, and more importantly, super fast in connecting the needs between the vendor and buyers, also asked important key questions to ensure no one was in the wrong direction. I am very grateful that I had been dealing with Linh and her friendly team and successful purchased my dream property.

Amazing team effort!
Team Lyus turned what could have been a stressful, miserable experience selling in a difficult market into a positive, win-win situation. Nick is a positive people person who is excellent at effortless negotiations between parties. Yvette is amazing at lightning fast, detailed communication and Brad worked tirelessly during the open homes to speak to everyone there. The team thought outside the box, getting a coffee truck in to lighten up the mood at the open homes when the weather wasn’t on our side. The advice we were given was spot on. The weekly reports were detailed and helpful. The team explored every opportunity and did their best to turn it into a sale. We were very happy with the price and delighted that our house went to a lovely family. Nick was recommended to us by a number of other Ellerslie residents. We settled in our dream property soon because of Linh and Chelsea!! Huge thanks to both for making our dream come true!
